In all of Premier Real Estate's processes, web-enabled technology is used to efficiently process information and progress of properties.

  • Leasing: We manage all of the property’s advertising, marketing, showing, coordination of inquiries, screening of PropertyManager1tenants (income, credit, criminal, drug, eviction, previous landlord and sex-offence-list verifications), negotiating lease terms, and pre-move-in inspections.
  • Accounting: Strict, professional and comprehensive accounting statements are provided monthly to allow the owner full and constant awareness of all financial matters pertaining to their properties. Copies of all maintenance and utility invoices or receipts are included in monthly statements to provide a clear understanding of the exact operating costs. Proceeds are direct deposited into your bank account.
  • Maintenance: All issues are immediately handled and inexpensively resolved through licensed third-party vendors.
  • Tenant Management: Premier Real Estate knows the laws that govern property management, and will handle all evictions or other tenant issues quickly and professionally.
  • Property monitor: Premier Real Estate has an experienced staff that will ensure properties are in good condition on a constant basis, by providing regular physical inspections.
  • Supervision: Premier Real Estate’s hands-on management style attracts clients who don't want any nonsense in dealing with tenants. We provide constant supervision of the property managers and their activities to ensure high performance and compliance with state laws.
  • Accounting: We have full accounting services to provide accurate tax reporting. Balance, Cash Flow, Rent Rolls, and other financial reports are provided instantly to you through the owners’ portal of our website.


Management Fee: 8% of the monthly rental amount, or $85 a month, whichever is greater

Rental Fee: $500 - For advertising the property on the Multiple Listing Service, writing of the lease, screening the tenants, showing the property, yard sign, etc., half of which will be paid to the co-operating broker

Emergency Repair Deposit: $200 - This amount is kept in reserve for emergency repairs to the property.

Tenant Renewal: $100
